We've simplified how you can access digital magazines and news publications via our eCollection.
From now on, go to Newsbank for all eNews, and Libby for all eMagazines! Both Newsbank and Libby are available via our eCollection which you can find here.
We are very excited to offer Newsbank Access Australia as our central eNews database. You can access digital copies of The Geelong Advertiser, The Age, The Herald Sun and more than 700 other national and international news sources in the one easy to search database, accessible anywhere with your library card. The current day's paper is available from mid-morning at the latest, and can be viewed either full text or as an image of the printed paper.
Please note, Pressreader is no longer available in our eCollection. If you would like to continue reading eNews titles that are not covered by Newsbank, you can access Pressreader from the State Library of Victoria with a free membership. All magazines that were offered in Pressreader are still available through Libby, which is now our key eMagazine database.
Staff at your local library will be happy to help you explore the eCollection.
