Together with Golden Plains Shire Council, we are excited to announce the new GOLD mobile library vehicle is set to hit the road in June 2024.
Funded by a Victorian Government Living Libraries Infrastructure Grant, with additional support from Golden Plains Shire Council, the new mobile library promises enhanced reliability and sustainability with a smaller, more efficient vehicle that ensures a lighter environmental footprint.
Library members and the wider community can look forward to continued access to our extensive collection, with over 380,000 items available for borrowing. While DVDs and CDs will be available upon request, the refreshed collection will cater to a variety of interests, ensuring everyone finds something to enjoy.
